Pottermore and other stuff

Hello! It's been a long time since I wrote something here.
I want to talk about Pottermore. Amazing site, don't you think? Especially the front page, which kindly says that they are in Beta period since October. October! This about two months. But allow me to start properly about this topic.
The whole idea around Pottermore seemed to me amazing. You don't run into online game based reading of a book everyday. The idea behind Pottermore is very simple. You create a account, enter the site and start to go through the chapters of the first book. How you do that? Well, basically you play the chapter in some sort of online game. You play with character that you create, sort into house and in the same time you don't miss anything from the books about Harry Potter. In the advertisement that was launched in YouTube and JK Rowling website the site was shown like something that everyone could enjoy. But the things did not turn that way.
In the begging only the chosen Beta users were allowed to register and use Pottermore. The idea was they to play in the site and help its developers to make it better till the time it has to be opened for everyone. Then October came and the Beta continued till now and we don't have a opening date.
I don't want to go deeper in the topic I'll just say that till December Pottermore loose the admiration of many people who wanted to join. Why they not just say 'we will be open in 2012' or just give some date to check again or just write something that is not pointed for the Beta users, but instead for the people who want to join? Is it that hard? Pottermore is not only for the Beta user, it was supposed to be for everyone who love the books. Isn't that right?
From other hand, last week, one friend of mine gave me Mystery Case Files 8: Escape from Ravenhearts. I must say that the game is good. I find enjoyable like the rest of the games from Mystery Case Files. To say the truth I love the games since Return to Ravenhearts and I like that the developers returned to this story after the last two games. They too were good but this one is a way better. But the quality costs good computer specifications.
